Principal Solicitor
Nicholas Schoenmaker is a criminal lawyer dedicated to achieving the best available outcomes for clients in their particular circumstances. His approach depends on his ability to develop case management strategies with his clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
Nicholas obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) at Gardens Point in Brisbane, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Since obtaining his law degree and graduate diploma, Nicholas has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and assists clients with minor and serious criminal law matters, traffic law and, domestic violence matters.

Administration
Our paralegal and administrative support assist in the day to day operation of Aegis Criminal Law. This includes taking telephone calls, receiving and posting mail, and assisting with ad hoc duties.
